A lot of women at one point at another may experience unwanted hair on their face. This can obviously be a massive embarrassment for many people. A lot of woman can find this such a problem due to the unwanted facial hair making them seem less feminine. This fact alone makes a lot of women desperate to remove this hair. They will then begin to seek out solutions so they can regain their femininity.
There are quite a few methods for removing facial hair which can give some really good results. Depending on what kind of result you are looking to achieve you should consider these tried and tested methods. The most common temporary home permanent hair removal solutions are shaving, tweezing or waxing the facial area. Most women will avoid shaving facial hair. There is a common notion that will grow back thicker each time not to mention stubble is deemed even less attractive than the facial hair.
The problem with using tweezers to remove the facial hair is that it can take a great deal of time to do. Depending on your pain threshold it is also far too painful for many. By forcefully pulling the hair from the follicle it is also quite likely that you will leave the skin red and irritated. Although tweezers are commonly used to achieve a desired style on eyebrows it is not a common practice for upper lip hair.
Another method for removing facial hair temporarily is to wax. This is most commonly used by placing cloth strips on the desired areas. These are soaked with wax and are pulled away from the skin. This will remove all the hair from the skin and leave it smooth. These methods are most defiantly not the solution to the problem as the hair will normally begin to re-grow within a matter of days.
A more permanent solution to the problem is to use a more professional approach to remove the hair more permanently. These methods can be very expensive although after you have had a few treatments you will reap the rewards.
Probably the most common permanent hair removal option is Electrolysis. This is done by using electrical impulses to destroy the hair and its root. The hair will take much longer to grow back this way. This can take a very long time to complete. This is because you must do it follicle by follicle, although it is very effective.
One of the newer permanent hair removal options available is Laser hair removal. This is similar to electrolysis but it uses light to destroy the hair roots. This is not very painful compared to other treatments and can produce fantastic results. For the past few months I have been using the No-No hair removal system as my permanent hair removal treatment. It has reduced my hair maintenance down to once a month.
